Microsoft recently filed a trademark for “NUADS,” which is intended to be an interactive advertizing platform for the Kinect for Xbox 360. Users could soon be able to have fun interacting with in-game advertisements.  Various body movements and voice commands are defined as the interaction that users will be able to have with the in-game advertisements under this patent.
