Universal Studios is leveraging Facebook’s Car Town to promote the new “Fast Five” movie. The company has partnered with Cie Games, Car Town’s publisher, to create in-game missions that offer consumers with incentives such as movie tickets. Cars can drive in to the virtual drive-in theater to view a preview of the movie. “The game represents the most extensive full-scale integration to date of a Universal Pictures film property within an existing social game,” said Promo Magazine.
